Ordering & Delivery
How do I order online?
Just navigate to the product you like, configure any options available such as size, colour and ‘extras’ then add to basket & checkout. You don’t have to create an account but we do recommend it at the end to mean you can log back in & see order history in future. It would also make buying something in the future much quicker. Payment will be taken by a secure 3rd party and you’ll get email notifications of your order & order status.
How can I pay for my product?
You can pay online using all major credit & debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay & PayPal as part of our checkout process. We are hoping to add Klarna & ClearPay soon too.
When will I get my product?
On the product page we will give an indication of delivery timescales. They will vary from product to product. We try & hold a small stock of popular items but products will typically be painted to order which can take a coupe of weeks at least depending on demand.
Either way we always try to keep you in the loop of expected delivery timescales & will provide all shipping & tracking codes on despatch.
Can I order over the phone?
Currently no sorry, ordering online helps us manage the manufacturing process.
Do you have a shop?
Currently no but over time we hope to grow a retail network where you can go & physically see our products.
How are the products delivered?
Our larger products will come on a pallet and tail lift large van. They will unload to kerbside only, you will be responsible for moving the product to your house.
