2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

3. Eligibility
To purchase from our website, you must:

Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and

Be at least 18 years old.

4. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any product at any time without notice.
Some products may be painted or made to order and will be clearly identified as such on the product page.

5. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT (where applicable).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using a secure method (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal, or other accepted methods).

Ownership of the goods passes to you only once full payment has been received.

6. Order Process
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email does not confirm acceptance of your order.
A contract is formed only when your order is dispatched, and a confirmation email is sent.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We deliver within the UK ONLY as stated at checkout.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes only upon full payment.

For painted-to-order or customised items, dispatch times may be longer and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Cancellations and Returns
  8.1 Standard Products
If you purchase a standard (non-customised) product, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel:

Contact us at hello@kuub.store with your order number and reason for return.
Return the item in its original, unused condition within 14 days of notifying us along with this completed returns form.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence of return.

  8.2 Customised or Painted-to-Order Products
If your product is customised, painted to order, or made to your specifications, it is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Please ensure you are happy with all options (including colours, sizes, finishes) before placing your order, as these items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including reasonable return postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including logos, text, graphics, images, and product designs—is the property of Group Too Ltd trading as KUUB or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;
Loss of income, profit, or data; or Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability in relation to any product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.

15. Warranty
All products purchased from KUUB (Group Too Ltd) come with a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Structural integrity of the product under normal household use

This warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear, fading, or surface-level scratches
Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
Exposure to extreme moisture, extreme temperatures, or extreme direct sunlight
Improper assembly, installation, or modifications
Damage caused by using harsh cleaning chemicals or abrasive materials
Paint finish deterioration due to knocks, scrapes, or external impact

To make a warranty claim:

Contact us at hello@kuub.store with your order number and a clear description of the issue, along with supporting photographs if applicable.

We may require inspection or return of the product. If your claim is approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
